Abstract

   تعد الصناعة النفطية من الصناعات التي تتعرض لمخاطر استثنائية في جميع علياتها،وبما ان هذه المخاطر تتسبب في أضرار هائلة تستوجب الإصلاح والتعويض،فإن فرض الحماية التأمينية في القطاع النفطي من خلال التأمين على مخاطرها لدى شركات التأمين الوطنية أم الأجنبية أمر يستوجب الدراسة.
