Abstract

تعدّ عقوبة الرجم من القضايا المثيرة للجدل في أوساط المفكرين المعاصرين، وهي من الشبهات التي تثار حول الإسلام كثيرا، وفي داخل الفكر الإسلامي تتباين آراء المفكرين حول المسألة بين مؤيد ومعارض. هذا البحث يتناول هذه المسألة ويحاول التعرف على الآراء المختلفة حول الموضوع وأدلة كل فريق.
