Abstract

This study deals with the most important legal purposes in preserving human dignity and dignity through an objective reading of some Quranic verses and its jurisprudential problems, studying Quranic purposes from the verses of fighting, and reconsidering these noble verses. They used this topic as a pretext to attack the Holy Qur’an, portraying it as a source of terrorism and a book that orders its followers to kill people, without respecting human rights or human feelings. This accusation, which lacks a precise scientific method, has become an old and disturbing cylinder due to its frequent repetition by orientalists and those affected by them from among the sons of our religion.

The study included: defining the purposes and clarifying the relationship of fighting with security and stability, by studying and analyzing the verses of fighting. He mentioned the most important Qur’anic purposes in it, such as self-defense, establishing freedoms, preserving dignity and building a society of justice
