Abstract

The approach of cognitive grammar analysis all different relations between mind, words, meaning and forms, also word grammar as a branch of cognitive grammar suggest that human minds have widely Network that contain words, and language is composed of many concepts linked together in a great web; understanding of one concept requires knowledge of several others .

As a small world network, every concept is connected to every other concept by only a few jumps, because of the clusters, connections between seemingly separate ideas can be made easily. Thus word grammar is concerned with all levels of language, including syntax, semantics, phonology and pragmatics.

In this research focused on main principles of word grammar and the purpose of the research is viewing the properties of Kurdish language grammar.
