An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders in the colleges of administration from three universities in the city of Sulaymaniyah

Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of management method by goals in the effectiveness of organizations, including universities in the city of Sulaymaniyah from the point of view of administrative leaders, and the research community was in the Faculties of Administration and Economics at the Sulaymaniyah University and Human Development and the College of Administrative Technology at Sulaymaniyah Technical University for the academic year 2019-2020, and used The two researchers were an intentional sample, and they used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data.
