ئەم توێژینەویە هەوڵدەدات بنەماکانی ڕێبازی کۆمەڵایەتیی درکپێکردن بخاتەبەرباس و لێکۆڵینەوە، ئەم ڕێبازە لەکارکردندا ، بنەماییە بۆ ئەو توێژینەوانەی لە پراگماتیکی نێوان کلتورەکاندا کراوە، ئەم ڕێبازە جەختدەکاتە سەر ئەوەی، کە پراگماتیک دەبێت لێکۆڵینەوە لە سنوردارکردنی کۆمەڵایەتی و کلتوری سەبارەت بە بەکارهێنانی زمان لە خۆبگرێت، هەروەها پەیوەندییکردن لەم ڕێبازەدا کردەیەکی دینامیکییە، واتە تاک بە تەنها وابەستەی بارودۆخە کۆمەڵایەتییەکان نییە ، بەڵکو لە هەمانکاتدا بارودۆخە کۆمەڵایەتییەکەش پێکدەهێنێت ، ئەم ڕێبازە نەک هەر (مەبەست )لە پەیوەندیکردن و گفتوگۆدا، بەڵکو پرۆسەی دینامیکییش لەبەرچاودەگیرێت، کە تێیدا مەبەست دەتوانێت کاریگەری لەسەرهەڵدانی پەیوەندی و گفتوگۆدا هەبێت. هەر بۆیە دەتوانرێت بوترێت دەشێت مەبەستی تاکەکەسی ( پێشوەختە پلان بۆ داڕێژراوبێت ، یاخود تاڕادەیەک لە ناکاو و بێ پلانبێت، یان سەرهەڵداو و تایبەت بێت لە ڕەووت ،یان کاتی پەیوەندیکردندا دروست دەبێت)، کە سێ لایەنی هەمان دیاردەن، کە ڕەنگە لە خاڵە جیاوازەکانی پرۆسەی پەیوەندیکردندا جەختی جیاوازیان لەسەر بکرێتەوە، واتە کاتێک گفتوگۆیەک دەستپێدەکات، سروشتی تایبەت و پێشوەختە پلان بۆ داڕێژراوی مەبەست لەوانەیە زاڵ بێت.
